Team members might not get along, and outside events can mess up the plans too.

    To deal with this, it is important to plan carefully, communicate clearly, and manage the project well. So, then, managing uncertainties becomes an important part of making sure our project goes well.

They also address any issues that arise and frequently update everyone on the progress. This way project management helps ensure that everyone stays informed and the project runs smoothly.

    I always establish clear communication channels and protocols. Regular project status meetings are scheduled, and a project management tool is implemented to track progress, assign tasks, and manage issues. This made sure that everyone on my team, as well as the stakeholders and the ones interested in our project, knew what was happening, any changes, and important choices we made.
